Mission: Care Teams are an essential ministry in our church, designed to meet the practical needs within our own congregation. Many in our church family face challenges that require the support and care of their community, and our Care Teams are there to stand in the gap for them. These teams focus on specific groups within our church, including single mothers, widows, families with foster and adopted children (Alongside), and families with children with special needs (Wonder). Each Care Team is made up of an entire community groups who feel a deep calling to serve a particular demographic. While the specific responsibilities may vary depending on the group being served, Care Teams typically provide support through meals, respite care, seasonal gifts (such as back-to-school or Christmas shopping), etc.
