Maggie Ledbetter

Maggie Ledbetter is entering into her fourth-year teaching second grade. She graduated from Auburn University with her Bachelors and Masters degree in Elementary Education. Maggie is passionate about loving and teaching young learners! She is highly driven to watch students succeed. Maggie is committed to reaching every learner in the classroom and adapts her teaching to meet every student individually. She finds it incredibly exciting and rewarding to watch students grow both academically and socially throughout the year. Maggie is purposeful with her instruction and intentional in creating a safe and loving environment in her classroom. She places a great deal of importance in building positive relationships with students, parents, and administration.

Maggie is thrilled to be combining her love for teaching with her passion for the Lord at ACC Academy. She finds teaching one of her greatest tools to advance the Kingdom. Although Maggie has always taught with a missional mindset in the public-school setting, she is eager to dive into the Word of God, study His Promises with her students, and instill in them a desire to love and obey God. Nothing excites her more than helping students grow in their awareness of God’s presence and unconditional love! Maggie cannot wait to walk alongside parents and students in becoming more transformed into Christ’s likeness. She finds it such a privilege to join in on what God is already doing in a student’s life spiritually, academically, emotionally, and socially.

Maggie enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves to cook and bake, especially when it involves hosting people for fellowship around a table. Maggie loves to exercise, read, and play tennis or pickleball. Maggie has been married to Sage for two years. Sage owns a lighting company in Auburn, called Led. Co Lighting. They have two very loved golden retrievers, Moose and Winston. Sage and Maggie are incredibly grateful for ACC and the community of strong believers that it has brought them. The opportunities ACC has provided to serve God alongside one another has truly been a gift!
