Randy Hemphill

Randy Hemphill is the Congregational Care Pastor at Auburn Community Church, in addition to leading and counseling with Life Pastoral Counseling. Randy served at ACC Birmingham for two years prior to moving to Auburn in the summer of 2023. As Congregational Care Pastor, he desires to love the people of ACC well through shepherding the congregation and equipping members to serve the body through care teams and the lay counselor ministry.  Randy’s passion is for people to experience spiritual and emotional health. He holds a master's and a doctorate from Beeson Divinity School in Birmingham where he specialized in pastoral counseling and leadership in the local church. He and his wife, Melody, have four children and love living in the Auburn community.
